obstacles faced include not having any prior knowledge of how to fry things. ever. nada. none.
so yeah
they turned out really well though! the inside wasn't quite cooking through properly but it wasn't anything an excess of cinnamon sugar couldn't fix ;)
we then watched mamma mia whilst eating said cinnamon-y goodness :)
it was such a cute day and exactly what I needed to pull myself out of my funk
